-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged and unwashed.
-You will pay for return shipping. For quality-related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
Allow consumers to apply for a return within 14 days (14 days or more) after signing the receipt.

Returns &Exchanges Policy
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

If the bags need to be returned after delivery, the customer should be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.


If your package returns to us due to the following reason: You didn’t go to the post office to pick up your order within the given time, or you offering the insufficient address, you should pay the extra shipping fee by your side.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return
1. The discounted goods do not meet the conditions for return or exchange.
2. If the good is defective/damaged or wrong, it can only be returned/replaced.
3. After submitting a return/exchange request online, you must send us an image containing the problem/defect by email.

Other:
a)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
b)Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please check your email or spam email for the progress of the refund.

d)Shipping costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
